African Chrome Fields has partnered with industry leaders in financing and commissioning plants, transporting and marketing its product worldwide. These include:

  • Sakunda Holdings. A Zimbabwean private enterprise, involved in a wide variety of industries in Zimbabwe. Sakunda Holdings is in partnership with the Moti Group in various Zimbabwean endeavours, but particularly in Command Agriculture and Zimbabwe Motivation Mining. Mr Kudakwashe Tagwerei (‘Tagwerei’) is the CEO of Sakunda holdings, having founded the enterprise with his wife Sandra in 2005. Tagwerei is responsible for the overall strategy and direction if the company, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Tagwerei’s vision for the business is to expand the company’s footprints into various other sectors.
  • Imperial Managed Solutions IMS. All transport and logistics of the chromite product are managed by IMS, a global logistics firm. ACF have a longstanding relationship with IMS and they have been supplying ACF for the past 3 years.
  • Multotec. Multotec is a global organization operating on 6 continents and in over 49 countries, providing custom, application-specific mineral processing technology to the mining and mineral beneficiation industries. Ensuring quality oversight and production optimization, the company is providing German engineering on the 19 semi-modular 45tph washing plants that have been and will be commissioned at African Chrome Fields chrome mining sites between October 2015 and December 2018.
  • Glencore is one of the world’s largest diversified and vertically-integrated commodity producers, processors and traders. The company’s Marketing & Logistics division offers value-added services that include financing, processing, storage and logistics of the traded commodities.

The head of operations is the Johannesburg-based Moti Group, a strong and diverse mining and investment firm. It has partnered locally with Sakunda Holdings, a Zimbabwean private enterprise, involved in a wide variety of industries in Zimbabwe.
